Reflecting on Week 02 of 2025

If I’m being honest with myself, Week 02 was slow.
I didn’t achieve my goals for this week. 0/3 of my goals were met. And a major reason for that is, well, I fell off the horse. The horse being my well-being.
I had a bit of a mental lapse and the desire to do anything left my body. But I don’t feel bad about it because it happens. I can’t be perfect. However, this is a perfect lesson to learn from.
Failures are the result of not learning from your mistakes.
And how will I learn from mistakes? Simple. Focus on getting back on track. I can’t neglect my sleep no matter how interesting a video looks. I need to remember to eat three square meals a day with some snacks in-between. And taking breaks is a must to stretch and exercise my body.
I learned to treat my body and mind better.
Goals for next week
With that being said, I have one goal for next week:
Get Right
What does it mean to get right?
Go to sleep on time so stick to a night routine I can’t neglect. Take breaks between tasks to stay alert. Exercise where I can maintain the health of my physical body. And eat to have the energy to do all of that.
I have to be better and I will.
